Kiltale (Cill Teidhil) is a small rural parish in County Meath, Ireland with a population of approx. 300. Kiltale is situated on the main Dublin to Trim road. It is approximately 9km east of Trim, about 9km west of Dunshaughlin and 19km south of Navan. Kiltale is just over 7km from the historical seat of the High King of Ireland at the Hill of Tara. Map of Kiltale Directions to Kiltale From Dublin: Take N3 from Dublin heading for Navan. When you come to the end of the dual carriageway continue straight for Navan. Continue through first roundabout. Just before the second roundabout take small slip road to the left for Trim. Follow the road down the ramp and around onto R154 heading for Trim. Travel 14km on this road, passing through Batterstown, until you reach Kiltale. From Trim: Take R154 (Dublin Road) from Trim. Continue 9km on this road until you reach Kiltale. From Navan: Take N3 from Navan heading towards Dublin. Travel 12km to Ross Cross. At Ross Cross turn Right heading for Dunsany. Follow this road for 7km, passing through Dunsany until you reach the R154. Turn Right onto R154 heading for Trim. Travel 1.5km on this road until you reach Kiltale. From Dunshaughlin: On Dunshaughlin Main Street take Left at Y-junction onto R125. Travel 4.5km on R125 passing through Drumree until you reach the R154. Turn Right onto R154 heading for Trim. Travel 6km on R154 until you reach Kiltale. |
